Our Beginner Courses
We offer beginner courses throughout the year usually in January and August. If you are interested in a beginners course please contact us to register your interest. We can run these at locations and times to suit you
4-6 week courses: January & August
Each course runs with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring a supportive, small-group environment with plenty of individual attention.
August 2026 Courses
St Martin's Community Hall, East Horsley
4 Week Pilates Beginner Courses - £75
These courses include learning the core principals of Pilates and application to functional health & fitness.

Each week focuses on developing a new skill or principle
Week 1 - Pilates Introduction & Building Core Strength
Week 2 - Flexibility & Balance
Week 3 - Pelvic Stability
Week 4 - Precision & Flow
All participants are required to complete a health questionnaire before being accepted onto the course.
