Our Beginner Courses

We offer beginner courses throughout the year usually in January and August.  If you are interested in a beginners course please contact us to register your interest.  We can run these at locations and times to suit you

 

Each course runs with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring a supportive, small-group environment with plenty of individual attention.

These courses include learning the core principals of Pilates and application to functional health & fitness. ​​​​

4 Week Course Outline

Week 5 - Pilates Ball & Pelvic Stability

*All participants are required to complete a health questionnaire before being accepted onto the course.
