Our Beginner Courses

We offer several beginner-level courses throughout the year.

  • 6 week courses: January

  • 3 week courses: August

Each course runs with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring a supportive, small-group environment with plenty of individual attention.

We recommend attending all sessions to gain the full benefit. If you are unable to attend a particular session, we may be able to arrange a swap for a regular class or an alternative venue when possible.

January 2026 Courses

Drift Golf Club, East Horsley

6 Week Beginner Course For Men  

This course will include learning the core principals of Pilates and how they apply to golf including anatomy & biomechanics relevant for golfers.

  • Tuesdays at 12.30-1.30pm on 6th, 13th, 20th January & 3rd, 10th, 17th February 2026

  • Thursdays at 12.30-1.30pm on 8th, 15th, 22nd January & 5th, 12th, 19th February 2026

  • Cost £108 for 6 week course

  • Limited space - Minimum 3/maximum 6 participants

  • Course notes & equipment provided

All participants are required to complete a health questionnaire before being accepted onto the course.
