Our classes are suitable for a range of abilities. Modifications and adaptations are offered to ensure that our classes are suitable and challenging for all our clients.  Class sizes are up to 12 people depending on the venue. Participants need to have reasonably good mobility to attend and should try to attend regularly.  

Taster sessions​ - To book a taster class – please click the taster class £10 link and then either book your selected class via the class bookings page/booking calendar or contact us to book you in.

Following your taster session  you will be accepted as a client and we recommend that you purchase a commitment pass for the remaining part of the term - or commit to coming regularly for the next 6 weeks. This is compulsory if you are new to Pilates. 

Health Questionnaire

All new clients are required to complete a health questionnaire in advance of their first class. It will be emailed automatically when you create an account. 

Pass Options

We have two kinds of passes available “Flexible” or “Commitment”. Flexible passes are higher in price because they let you join classes on a more ad-hoc basis. This extra flexibility helps you fit classes around your schedule, while commitment passes reward regular attendance with better value.

12 Week Commitment passes are the cheapest passes working out at around £12 per class. You must use all the commitment pass sessions within the term. No refunds will be given. We usually recommend all new starters purchase one of these passes especially if they are new to Pilates to ensure continuity in learning.

Flexible passes are £14 per session and are completely flexible - any class/any time. We do

however recommend you come as regularly as possible to get the most out of the classes.   

 Unable to attend at Short Notice *If you are unable to attend a class or unable to cancel in time we will find you a space in

other class within 5 days - regardless of the pass type you have bought.  * We will do this at least once per term.
