How Commitment Passes Work
Your regular weekly class

A Commitment pass is for your chosen day & time. The commitment to coming weekly means this is the cheapest possible pass. You pay for the pass & we book you in for all the classes – so less admin.

You are still able to reschedule any class up to 24 hours before and spend the credit at any other class of your choice but those pass credits must be used within the termly period.

Important to know
If you know you will be away for a few weeks you will need to plan to cancel classes you don’t want and then spend those credits quickly. Unused credits will NOT roll forward to the next term or be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances. The 6 week (half term) pass works on the same principal.

FAQ
What if I need to cancel a class? For both sets of classes if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled session you will be unable to cancel and will lose the session fee. Once per term if you miss a class you may attend another scheduled class within 5 days at another location assuming there is space. This is to support you on the rare occasions that you are unwell or delayed.
How do I cancel a class 24 hours before? If you log into the app or web site and click on the icon on the top right of the page. This will show you what bookings you have. You can then select the booking you wish to cancel and press remove? This will them automatically credit your account with that booking which you can then spend at another class. You need to go onto the booking calendar to do that, select the class and then fully check out.
I would like to buy a Commitment pass but I still have some sessions left on my pass? Go ahead and buy your commitment pass then please e mail us at pilatestrainingsolutions@outlook.com Let us know how many passes you think you have left. We will double check and refund you those passes.
I have cancelled some of the classes on my Commitment pass but there are now no classes that I can attend within the termly period. You have probably booked the wrong type of pass and may need to think about getting a more flexible pass in the future. Please contact pilatestraininingsolutions@outlook.com giving us the details of classes you would like to attend, and we will see what class space we can open up for you.
Can I use the Commitment pass to attend classes at different venues? Yes - in theory you can do so as long as you plan ahead a bit – swapping any classes that you do not want for other ones on other days within the termly period.
