        Held at Oxshott Community Hub - Tuesday's 12.15-1.15pm

        You will be introduced to the key principals of Pilates, focusing on building up core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Each week there will be a different focus and we will progressively increase the intensity and complexity of the exercises.

        Please dress in loose or stretchy clothing and please bring a mat and drink to class.

        All other equipment will be provided although we encourage you to buy a medium flexibility band and a soft pilates ball from Amazon or through Liz. These can also be borrowed for the first 6 weeks.

        Week 1 (21st Jan) - Building Core Strength

        Week 2 (28th Jan) - Flexibility and Balance

        Week 3 (4th Feb) - Resistance bands

        Week 4 (11th Feb) - Pilates ball

        Week 5 (18th Feb)- Precision and flow
